How do Splocks foam bricks & cubes ship?

To be mindful of our planet and your pocket book, our bricks, cubes, and puzzle cube ships tightly compressed into a box — it’s like a cozy nap for your Splocks!

When they arrive, just pop them out of the box and snip the zip tie at the knot — then watch them expand and get ready to play! (Give them 12 hours to fully recover and find their shape after unpacking)

Are Splocks bricks safe for babies?

Uncovered bricks and cubes are best for ages 3 and up — tiny tots under 3 might mistake the foam for a snack (and trust us, it’s not tasty).

💥 Choking Hazard Alert: Our foam is squishy and awesome, but it can break into small bits. Be sure to give it a quick once-over for any wear and tear before playtime.

🦷 No Biting Zone: As tempting as it may look, foam is for building, not for munching! Please don’t chew or swallow any pieces — your tummy will thank you.

Is your foam fire retardant?

Our standard urethane foam products meet the minimum CAL 117 fire safety spec without any added FR chemicals.

Can I use my Splocks right away?

Your foam pieces just need a little beauty sleep. Give them 12 hours to fully recover and find their shape after unpacking — they’ve had a long journey and need some time to stretch out and look their best!

How do I store my Splocks?

You can save space by storing them in a vacuum-sealed bag, or simply keep them in a regular bag.

What if my foam gets wet?

You will need to lay the foam in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors and avoid using heat sources. You’ll need to allow the foam to dry completely to avoid the growth of microbial growth. Although our foam is generally considered mold resistant, it is not completely immune.

How can I clean my foam?

Wipe away dirt and debris. When necessary, spot clean small sections using warm water and a mild soap.

Avoid fully saturating the foam as by nature, urethane foam is porous and can hold water deep inside.

For easier cleanup and added protection, we recommend using cube and brick covers for your foam cubes and bricks.
